New fenders... busy, busy, busy
I need to replace my fenders, they are failing badly. Seeing that they are mostly cosmetic, I let them go to the point that they are ready to self destruct - AND THEY ARE READY!!! The screw holes are nearly all torn/cracked around the margins and I've fixed them before with washers and they are all ready to let go again.
I ordered new fenders from icon.
The previous owner (I'm assuming that wasn't factory) put a bead of clear silicone in the margin between the fender and siding. The silicone is not pulling off clean. Anyone have a removal suggestion of silicone from the Krystal Cote. Mineral spirits is compatible with the Krystal cote and is supposed to soften silicone somewhat.
Does anyone have tips on installing the fenders? I will bed the screws in something (dicor or butyl tape) to eliminate water intrusion at the screws. All my plastic trims like that were caulked with silicone covering the plastic to siding gap (fenders and under door trim). What do they come like from factory? Just gaps between plastic and siding or with caulk in the gap? I can't imagine the fit would be that good that they wouldn't gap.

1997 Sunline T-2363 Microwave
The microwave in my 1997 Sunline Travel Trailer T-2363 needs replacing. I can't seem to find a microwave that will fit in the area designated above the stove. Everything seems to be too big or too small and Samsung doesn't offer the same model (or anything even close) any more. Suggestions?

1994 Sunline T-1550 For Sale
Selling my Sunline 1550. I purchased this trailer from the original owner around 3 years ago. I have all the original documentation and owners manuals. All original equipment is there and works. Fridge/freezer, stove/oven, ice cold a.c., gas furnace, all plumbing, etc. The original pads are in excellent condition and the interior is all in great shape, no tears in the floor or ceiling. Tires were new last season and are still in great shape as well as spare. Put on a new awning last season as well. Exterior is in good shape but there are some streaks in the finish and obvious weathering for a unit this old. Twin propane tanks and sway bar. Tows nice and easy. Title in hand. $3700.00 . I tried searching the forum, but was not finding what I was looking for.
My spare tire cover was in terrible condition, except for the logo. So, I cut out the logo to put on a new spare tire cover. Problem is, I don't remember how big the spare tire cover was so I can buy a properly fitting new one.
I have a 2002 Sunline 1950. Do you know what size the spare is? It is probably the same size as the regular tires. The brochure did not state it.

Sunline Que vs 15Saturn
We are debating an 07 Que vs an 86 Saturn. There is about a $3000 price difference in the newer unit. The Que interior is very nice, but apparently only sleeps 2 in a Queen. Wondering if you Que owners found that you could tuck in a little grandchild or two in this unit, or if it really is only for a couple. Looks like the galley is lovely but eats up alot of space. The Saturn has another bunk, but main bed is only 48 wide. Both are out of town, near relatives, so we havent actually been in either yet & have to travel to have a look.

Bathroom Floor
We have a 1990 T1700 that has a portion of the Bathroom floor that is soft and needs to be replaced. This is located right behind the toilet and extends under the closet out to the siding including the floor of the storage compartment. I found the cause of the problem and it is a leaking water line under the bathroom sink. So my problem is 2 fold , a water leak and replacing the floor under the toilet and over the sewage storage tank. Any one know where I can find construction diagrams of the floor construction for this model ? Also can this water line be repaired without replacing the whole piping system with new pecks water lines. Thanks in advance.

Roof Walking
I have a 1987 T2153 with an aluminum textured roof. Last Year a large tree branch fell on it and punched a hole in the passenger side rear corner. I was able to repair that while standing on a ladder. But by the end of the season, I was experiencing more leaks, this time from the opposite end of the trailer.
I'm pretty sure I need to actually get up on the roof to inspect it, but I don't know if I should get up there or not. I weigh around 220. Will the roof hold my weight? I don't know how it is structured, and obviously I don't want to fall through. Anyone have any suggestions? I have considered a straddle plank, but since the roof is slightly bowed, I think it would just flatten it and probably cause more leaks. Any help is appreciated. :?
