T1950 Wheel Bearings Part Numbers

Hello,

I'm getting my bearings packed next week and need to order parts, specifically bearings and seals. Does anyone know where I can find the correct part numbers for these items and where I might purchase? Any other advice out there for this job to be completed correctly?

I have a 1995 T-1950 Sunline Solaris, double axle
