Removing a Dinette

I am looking at a 2006 2570 but intensely dislike the dinette! Actually I dislike them in general. Take up way to much room and generally not comfortable

Does anyone know how much of a job it would be to remove it or Sunline dinettes generally?

I know the propane monitor is attached to one of the seats and
the fender but that can be boxed
