This is a wonderful camper for a solo wanderer. It may work for two, but that depends on the couple I guess.

2000 26’ Sunline TT, model T-2553. Dry weight 4340; GVWR 7000. 32 Gal fresh water; 35 gal grey; 30 gal black tank. Water heater, fridge, microwave, and stove work fine. I’ve never used the oven because I’m nervous about lighting the pilot. NO leaks or water damage. Tows beautifully. WDH and sway bars included. (Fresh water hose, sewer hoses, wheel chocks, and 50’ heated water hose available.)

Completely replaced the roof summer 2020, with a layer of Reflectix over new fiberglass insulation; a layer of 3/8” ply to make it walkable; and all new rooftop components, including a Maxxaire Pro fan in the bathroom. The non-working rooftop a/c unit was discarded but all interior parts for the ducted a/c remain. (Portable a/c unit available if desired.). Roof resealed with Heng’s Rubber Roof Coating fall of 2021.

New manual, 19’ awning (fabric, arms and torsion springs), new rooftop ladder, two new tires fall of 2020. New (never used) sewer tote included. (Also have a portable toilet available.)

Furnace worked beautifully until I removed the rooftop A/C unit. I’ve been told installing a new a/c unit will fix the problem but idk for sure. Apparently, I disrupted the circuit that once connected the two.

All cabinets containing waterlines have had 1” foamboard insulation added to outside walls and floors. Exterior storage compartment under the queen bed lined with 1” foamboard. Upper cabinets lined with Reflectix. Adjustable shelving added to one bedroom closet. Insulated window panels for three windows and foam inserts for three ceiling vents included.

Jackknife sofa replaced with storage drawers. (Too many hobbies!) Dinette replaced with a recliner, but all the parts for the dinette are included if reinstallation is desired.

Due to damage by a previous owners use of an acid-wash on the exterior, it has been painted with two coats of primer and two coats of Cool Coat Thermal Defense paint; corner seams redone with Dicor Sealtite and butyl tape. Interior walls painted but all woodwork was left unpainted. Front has hail damage but no resultant interior water damage.

Will need to replace the rooftop a/c unit or hire an electrician to get furnace working again. Still needs two more new tires and a new battery.

No smoking/pets. Have original owners manuals. Currently located in SW North Carolina. Would consider delivery. PM for more pics. Will be asking $9,500. (The tow vehicle, a 2016 Ford F-150 w/86K miles is also available.)
