forget paint over rust how about paint over dirt.

So my 50+ year sunline just won't get clean. I've scrubbed and scrubbed, but it just is stained. the aluminum is so pitted, the dirt is there to stay. So what about using a $40 can of exterior grade paint and primer in one to paint it. Lets see.
