Hello from NY

Hello all. New to the forum and truck campers. Just picked up an 8rdr in pretty good shape. Needs a little TLC but what 40 year old camper doesn’t.

Biggest concern is the 12 volt wiring is fried. Looks like the fridge needs to come out. Any help here would be appreciated.
