fender flares or skirts needed

hi all - the small sunline trailer we bought has two plastic fender flares or skirts screwed on above the wheels. The existing ones need replacing.[B] i want new ones like what i have... but i am having trouble finding 31 inch wide by 13 1/2 tall size. The width of the flare is 3 inches.

Does anyone know where i may buy replacements?
