Trailer is a 2006 Solaris T2075. The platform on which the mattress sits has a hatch of sorts, hinged in the center of the platform, which can be raised from the foot of the bed. There are two struts/ shock absorber types, one on the inside of the platform on each side of the bed, that are used to keep the platform up. They are now stuck, holding the platform in the "up" position. Does anybody know how to release them to get the platform down? Thanks for any help.
