Is there representation from the Sunline company as an active member of this community? I have been on other email reflector groups where the main subject (an equipment manufacturer) is actively monitoring and responding to users.
Positive for the manufacturer - they tend to get some new ideas for product improvement (often too many but all good)
Positive for the end user - there is a sense of better customer support
Just wondering if the Sunline company is on board here?
