Anti-Sway Bar

My 1992 C-951 that was completely done over before I purchased it now weighs around 3100 lbs. With my Ram 2500 the rear of the vehicle still sits level. What I have noticed however is a noticeable sway when driving it. Any suggestions of an anti-sway bar for the truck?
