Caulk for Aluminum Roof

I am finally going to be getting the old camper ready for some camping. It has the metal roof and screws on all the seems. I am needing to clean and reseal the seems but not sure what to use. Do I use the Dicor or silicone? Or one of the many other products out there? If I use dicor should I use self leveling? I will be sealing around all the vents and seems. Not sure what way to go. Thanks
